1. When will I receive my order?

  • Handling time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping time:

    • USA: 7–10 business days

    • Canada/UK/Australia: 10–15 business days
      📌 Total delivery time = Handling time + Shipping time


2. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, within:

  • 24 hours for weekday orders

  • 48 hours for weekend orders
    After that, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


4. I ordered the wrong size/design. Can I return it?

No. Since items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer errors.
Please double-check the size chart before ordering.


5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’ll fix it! Just email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photo evidence

  • Short description of the issue

We’ll send a free replacement or full refund—no return needed.


6. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything.

Please:

  1. Wait 24 hours

  2. Check with neighbors

  3. Contact your local carrier

7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, for the following:

  • Damaged or incorrect item

  • Lost packages after 45–60 days

Refunds are not offered for customer errors or shipping fees.


8. Do I need to return the item to get a refund?

No. If the issue is valid, we do not require returns — just photo proof.


9. Will I pay customs fees or taxes?

Orders to Canada, the UK, or Australia may incur customs charges. These are determined by your local customs authority.
Hafado is not responsible for these fees.


10. Tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What should I do?

  • Wait a few days for updates

  • Contact the carrier

  • If no progress after 5 business days, email us for support
